In 1991, she founded Misters Audytor Sp. z o. o. one of the first audit companies in Poland (entered into the register under No. 63) and since 2011 operating as Misters Audytor Adviser Sp. z o.o. (entered in the register under number 3704), in which he is the President of the Management Board. A graduate of the Faculty of Foreign Trade at the Main School of Planning and Statistics in Warsaw (now the Warsaw School of Economics), as well as Postgraduate Studies in the Methods of Valuation of a Capital Company at the Warsaw School of Economics. A graduate of doctoral studies at the Kozminski University. She also gained professional experience while participating in the works of the Group of Experts for International Accounting Standards and Financial Reporting (ISAR) established within UNCTAD. He has a certificate of International Financial Reporting Standards, ACCA block. Active member of the Polish Chamber of Statutory Auditors. From June 2015, Vice President of the National Council of Statutory Auditors, and from June 2019, President of the National Council of Statutory Auditors. In the years 2000-2001 she was a partner in an international consulting and auditing company. In the period 2001-2003 she was the Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Treasury. He is a lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Warsaw. She was a member of many supervisory boards, including: Impexmetal S.A., Bank Pocztowy S.A., PSE S.A., TVP S.A. (chairwoman of the Audit Committee). She was also a member of: the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Public Debt Management Committee, the Export Insurance Policy Committee, the Joint Government and Local Government Committee, the Team for Quality and Legal Regulations. Chaired the Interministerial Team for Treasury Property.
